Lecab Fastigheter AB owns and manages a number of premises all around Värmland, most of them in Karlstad, and the latest addition is the KFC restaurant in Välsviken’s commercial area.
In addition to premises, we also own student housing next to Karlstad University. Union student accommodation consists of 116 apartments.
Our newest project started in the spring of 2020: The Lecab Plaza student accommodation on Sommargatan 114, opposite the university. New construction will consist of two buildings with 7 and 13 floors respectively and a total area of 10,000 sqm. The 259 apartments will consist of studios and single bedroom apartments, between 21-37 m2 in size.
